What does it mean to be healthy? From physical to emotional to spiritual health, taking care of ourselves matters from the inside out. There are areas of health that we can control, like what we eat and drink, what meds we take and how much we exercise, but there are also things we can’t control, like illness. Bailey McMonagle (p. 20) became aware of the challenges of health issues outside her control at a young age. Despite coping with a heart condition since she was a child, she embraces each day and lives to the fullest.

You will notice some big ch-ch-ch-changes in this issue. We want to give you, our readers, more content that you can use!
