Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about what it really means to be well. Not just on the outside, but deep down where the world doesn’t always see.
When we chose Wellness Reimagined: Mind, Body & Soul for this issue, it wasn’t just a theme. It felt like a calling. A reminder that taking care of ourselves isn’t selfish, it’s essential. It’s messy, personal, and it doesn’t always fit neatly into a checklist.
Wellness can be a morning walk. It can be saying “no” when you’re at your limit. It can be dancing in your living room for no reason at all. It can be therapy, journaling, community, or simply allowing yourself to breathe a little deeper.
This month’s issue is for women who are redefining wellness in ways that feel honest, brave, and beautiful. I hope the stories spark something in you in this issue. A new idea, a bit of hope, or simply the reminder that your journey is your own, and it’s enough.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for making space for yourself. I’m right here, cheering you on.
With heart,
